TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USING THE WSIAT'S E-FILE SYSTEM
E-File is one method that can be used by parties to complete and send WSIAT forms and other documents relating to appeals and applications. If you do not wish to use E-File, you may send this information to the WSIAT by regular mail, courier or fax.
The E-File system operates on the Internet, an environment that is vulnerable to security breach and prone to fluctuation in terms of signal strength and availability. The WSIAT has integrated security measures, including encryption, which reduce, but do not eliminate, these risks. You should also take steps to mitigate the risks to your own systems and information, including using anti-virus software, making frequent backups and maintaining network firewall protection. Be cautious when entering personal information, particularly in public. Try to shield the forms and fields that you enter so that others won’t see the information and/or capture it on camera.
Use of the E-File system is voluntary and at your own risk.
The E-File system is not to be used for any commercial, unlawful, immoral or malicious purpose including:
- submitting harmful information to WSIAT’s E-File services.
- interfering with or disrupting the WSIAT’s E-File services information or network availability.
- introducing code which is disruptive or harmful.
- attempting to gain unauthorized access to or modify the E-File services, computer system information, servers, networks, databases, software, hardware or equipment.
